The Cube – Birmingham

Details of Works:

This prestigious new build project located in the centre of Birmingham consisted of some 290 apartments. Heatlink designed, manufactured and supplied the Heat Interface Units (HIU’s) in association with the consulting engineers and Mitie’s design coordination staff. The HIU’s consisted of two brazed plate heat exchangers, one for instant domestic hot water and the second to interface with the underfloor heating system in each apartment. Heat meters were included and also an MBus meter reading system. The HIU’s, meters and MBus system were commissioned on site by Heatlink’s own engineers.
