Why is Heatlink now called Taconova UK?

Taconova UK acquired the business activities of Heatlink Technical Solutions & Client Services in September 2022.
The Taconova Group is as leading manufacturer of innovative hydraulic solutions for heating, plumbing and solar energy applications, and acquired of the business activities of Sheffield-based Heatlink Technical Solutions Limited and Heatlink Client Services.
The acquisition will see the business activities of Heatlink transferred to the UK arm of Taconova Group, Taconova UK Limited.
This transaction will bring together the expertise and know-how of both companies and provide an even greater offering to its customers.
Taconova UK Limited will offer the existing Heatlink range as well as the entire Taconova portfolio –including hydronic balancing, area heating systems, system technology, valves and accessories technology, and pump technology in the UK.

What does that mean to me as a Managing Agent?

New email contact: As a Managing Agent you will see very little change in the way that we operate, as all the office staff that you have known over the years will remain the same. There will be an amendment to our contact email, this will change from admin@hlts.co.uk to adminuk@taconova.com and accountinguk@taconova.com.
The office telephone number will remain the same 0114 231 3700.

What do you need to do?

The only thing we will require you to do is change the details of the bank account you ordinarily pay our invoices to, as this will now be our new Taconova UK Limited account.
Our new account details are:

Your existing contract will continue as before, however, we will need to arrange for a new contract document to be signed in the name of Taconova UK Limited.

What does that mean to me as a Resident?

New email contact: As a resident you will see very little change in the way that we operate, as all the office staff that you have known over the years will remain the same. There will be an amendment to our contact email, this will change from admin@hlts.co.uk to adminuk@taconova.com and accountinguk@taconova.com.
The office telephone number will remain the same 0114 231 3700 and your payment portal setup will not change.

What do you need to do?

The only thing we will require you to do is change the details of the bank account you ordinarily pay your bills into to. Your new Taconova UK Limited account details have been/will be communicated to you via mail or email. If you do not have the details, please contact us at adminuk@taconova.com.
Your customer account number WILL remain the same.

This process will be rolled out over a billing cycle. You will be given plenty of notice of this change and there will be a banking divert for a few weeks to ensure a smooth transition.
