Local Authorities
We work with a number of local authorities assisting them with all their metering issues and any scheme problems they may have. As Local Authority schemes tend to be spread over a larger area, often hard-wired systems for data collection don’t tend to be the most appropriate method of meter reading. These types of schemes often require meter readings to be taken via a handheld device that can be operated whilst travelling from scheme to scheme. Heatlink Client Services can help with either setting up this type of system from scratch, assisting with problematic dwellings, or we can receive data and organise for the bills to be printed and posted.
