HVR Awards Heatlink Phil Harrison and Alan barber - Customer Service Top 3

Alan Barber was one of just 3 people to finalise for the Customer Service Person of the Year in the 2018 HVR Awards.

Alan, our Technical Director, is dedicated to supporting customers and giving advice out wherever he can. It’s important to him that people always get the best solutions for their needs and he was delighted that this approach had been recognised through this award nomination.

In one of his recent blogs, Alan describes how he helped a frustrated home owner who hadn’t been able to get a plumber to solve his issues, and it’s a great example of why Alan was shortlisted for the award this year.
